Door-to-door service standards
- Receiving a service request -> Our online technical support can remotely solve the problem, and if remote solutions do not work, we create RMA in our IT system.
- Creating a mailing label and sending it to the customer -> the forwarder picks up the package with the product from the end user.
- Repair the product in our service center and return it to the customer.

Regular service providers
We provide service of electronics device for end customer , based on our spare parts stock or materials provided by customer.

ECN/ECO Modification
Sometimes serial product needs engineering change notice, maybe manufacturer’s error or upgrade product to latest version. Our team provides you fast and efficiency rework of serial product.

Module repair
If you are not able to send defective product to our service, you can send only defected module.
We will create test station and after repair we’ll provide test procedure to you.

Assembly sensitive devices
Our LAB provides to our customer assembly and soldering sensitive components such as: BGA , CSP , QFN , PTH.

Quality inspections of soldering standards
We offer quality inspections of soldering aspects, we make inspection based on the IPC international quality standards . After inspections we provide report with conclusion and results.

IT SOLUTION
- Our software platforms collect and combine important aspects to ensure that we are on site and on time. The software collects data from the incoming area, diagnostics, repairs, spare parts, logistic and test stations.
- As part of the regular repair, we offer our customers the ON-LINE position to check the progress of the repair.
